December 01, 2009 - I have eaten at The Star several times and have yet to be disappointed. The menu is very simple and straightforward, offering specialty burgers, sandwiches and a few other pub-style items. Also, if you like onion rings, I highly recommend trying these with the house spicy sauce. They are some of the best I have had, period. Also, being a local bar and grill, the beer selection is above average. There are several import and domestic bottled beers to choose from and maybe 10-12 on-tap. If you are a fan of this fare, I do recommend giving it a try.

May 29, 2010 - We just had a lunch party for 100 people at the Star and were very impressed! The staff went out of their way to be helpful and courteous, and the food was wonderful. Thanks to everyone at the Star for a memorable event, we will definitely be back again.

January 05, 2010 - I'm so glad they brought this place back! The food is better than ever! The beer selection is fantastic, the beer garden is so cool and huge and they have great bands on Friday and Saturdays. That's what made this place one of the hottest hangouts in Paducah for years and it's SO good it's back!
